The company was too dependent on dealers to push their product, and wanted to strengthen the brand’s position in the mind of potential customers by having them proactively request their product rather than rely on 3rd parties who also carry competitor brands.
We used a geofenced, multi-channel approach and created several landing pages that responded to the users’ specific needs, funneling leads to each showroom or specialized team. We incorporated different calls to action, such as an appointment scheduler, a trade program, and visual tools to help the user envision the product in their space. Additionally we developed email workflows and a segmenting strategy that nurtures leads based on their stage of the purchasing process.
